Prathan was excellent in helping me select a new vehicle. My husband and I had gone in a few months prior to look at the outlander PHEV and he showed us the model with out being pushy. When I went back recently to look at a used vehicle, I had not made an appointment and he happened to be in to facilitate a delivery for another client on his day off, he was more than happy to take his time to show me the used vehicle. We ended up buying a brand new vehicle instead and he worked with us to ensure a good deal. Delivery was smooth and comprehensive explanation of all the new features in my vehicle was extremely beneficial.

We just purchased a new Outlander from Bank Street Mitsubishi. Our sales person, Prarthan, was excellent to work with during the purchase and again upon delivery as he patiently explained the operation of the vehicle, the features and with setting up the "My Mitsubishi Connect" app. Prarthan is a very enthusiastic individual to interact with; he understands the many features of the vehicle, why/when you might to use them as well as how they operate.
